14 days 5%; 21 days 7%; 28 days 10%(hightest excluded season).

TERMS AND CONDITION:

Prices include all the consumptions, tax and VAT. Check in: 17:00 p.m. - Check out: 10.00 a.m. Bed linen service (sheets and pillow cases) is on request only. The additional price is Euro 7.00 per person per week (excluded Caravans). Final cleanings compulsory: Stone Holiday Home and Mobile homes Euro 30.00; equipped Caravan Euro 20.00. All the accomodations have to be left clean and tidy as given at the arrival date.
CHILD POLICY: Free up to 3 years old. At the arrival date it must be paid a deposit of Euro 100.00 for incidental damages (camping excluded). Only small size dogs are admitted. The additional prices is Euro 30.00 per stay (camping excluded). Booking is confirmed after the payment by bank transfer or Paypal of 30% of the total price for the stay.
CALCELLATION POLICY: For all the reservations calcelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For all the late cancellation and no-show, the 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
