§ The rate includes all the consumptions, taxes and VAT.

§ Check in: 17.00 p.m. - Check out: 10.00 a.m.

§ At the arrival date it must be paid a refundable deposit of € 100,00 for incidental damages (camping excluded).

§ Bed linen service (sheets and pillow cases) is on request. The additional price is € 15,00 (double bedroom) € 8,00 (single bedroom) per week.

§ Final cleanings compulsory: Stone Holiday Homes and Mobile Homes € 30,00; Equipped Caravans € 20,00

§ Booking is confirmed after the payment by bank transfer or Paypal of 30% of the total price for the stay.

§ CHILD POLICY: Free up to 3 years old.

§ CANCELLATION POLICY: For all the reservations cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

§ For all the late cancellation and no-show, the 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of early departure, the amount for all the stay will be charged.

Only small size dogs are admitted (Max 8 Kg). The additional price is € 30,00 per stay (camping excluded).
