**RATES (1 Parasol + 2 sunbeds)**
Rate per Day: €10
Rate per week: €60

On request:
1 Line: supplement €30 (weekly)
2 Line: supplement €20 (weekly)

Terms and conditions:

CHILD POLICY: Free up to 3 years old. The price will be calculated only for adults/child older than 3 yrs.

The rate includes all the consumptions, taxes and VAT.

Weekly stay compulsory from Saturday to Saturday (excluded CAMPING and low season period).

Check in: 17.00 p.m. - Check out: 10.00 a.m.

At the arrival date it must be paid a refundable deposit of € 100,00 for incidental damages (camping excluded).

Bed linen service (sheets and pillow cases) is on request. The additional price is € 15,00 (double bedroom) € 8,00 (single bedroom) per week.

Booking is confirmed after the payment by bank transfer or Paypal of 30% of the total price for the stay.

Final cleanings compulsory: Holiday Homes and Mobile Homes € 30,00; Equipped Caravans € 20,00 .

CANCELLATION POLICY: For all the reservations cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For all the late cancellation and no-show, the 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. For early departure, the total amount will be charged.

Only small size dogs are admitted (Max 8 Kg). The additional price is € 30,00 per stay (camping excluded).
